EmpowerHER Camp (Girls 8+ Only)
Dates : Thurs 27th & Fri 28th Jan
Time : 3pm till 7pm
Cost: $60per day – includes equipment, prizes, end of evening food & entry into night viewing of the ladies semi final match, on the big outdoor screen.
Where: Weston Creek Tennis Club - Dillon Close, Weston Creek
 
Each day will have a theme, which will centre around confidence & self esteem. But this will be confirmed shortly.
 
The main Objectives of the camp are :
  • To socialise & have fun
  • Foster a team environment
  • Focus on boosting self esteem & confidence
  • Flexible participation
  • To learn & have a sense of mastery in what is being delivered.
 
Activities include: 
  • Use of diaries, that will be created by the girls on the 1st day
  • Strong use of positive affirmations & quotes
  • Empower Language
  • Partner based activities
  • Circuit activities
  • Competitive & non- competitive games of tennis
  • Group games
