The Role
As a coach with CSOT, you'll:
- Deliver engaging coaching programs to students of all ages and skill levels.
- Develop, implement, and review lesson plans to maximize player development.
- Participate in training and development programs within the business to enhance your skills.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Strong communication skills with an engaging and outgoing personality.
- Experience in tennis coaching or playing at a high level.
- Motivation and drive to help students achieve their goals.
- A positive, supportive, and enthusiastic approach to coaching.
- Own transport (preferred but not essential).
- Availability on weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

Positions:
- Casual roles available, with potential progression to part-time or full-time positions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- No minimum qualifications required, but preferred.
- Must have or be willing to obtain:
- Tennis Australia Coach Membership
- Working with Children Check & Police Check
- First Aid Certificate (recommended but not essential)
